"This internship was such a pivotal part of my college experience and post-college career. Unlike traditional internships, there was no sitting at a desk all day long and making coffee runs, but an experience that mirrored and prepared me for an actual full-time position. This is a program that offers a solution for a common critique of higher-education today: true real-world experience. As a student who was unsure of what I wanted to do once I graduated, the staff was supportive in letting me work on projects that helped me explore my interests. No two days we’re the same. "Being a Content Studio intern prepared me for the real world. After I received my degree in Graphic Design I accepted a position with Hallmark Cards in Kansas City. As soon as I started, I noticed similarities between creative reviews with my Hallmark Art Director and how I reviewed design work with my MSU mentors. After working as a Designer on multiple card lines for a few years now, I've been told that I explain my concepts and design choices with great detail. Looking back, I made so many new and close friends in the program. We still stay in touch to this day!"
